Señor Tesoro Academy puts utmost importance and value on the privacy of our stakeholders’ personal information, most particularly during this academic year wherein we are under the online distance learning modality. We have formulated this Data Privacy Consent Forms as our way of complying with the “Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012” and cooperating fully with the National Privacy Commission for the protection and privacy of your personal information.
Data Protection
As our way of expressing our genuine and legitimate interest, our academic institution shall implement appropriate and justifiable security measures for the protection of our stakeholders’ personal information that we collected. This shall maintain the availability, integrity, and confidentiality of the personal information that you provided and will provide in the future. This also includes the protection of personal information against any accidental or unjustifiable destruction, modification, disclosure, and other unlawful processing of the personal data that goes beyond legitimate and educational reasons.
Access to our stakeholders’ personal information will only be permitted to and processed by our authorized personnel under strict confidentiality. Access to personal information will be restricted without justifiable reasons. Any data security incident or breach that is known or unknown will be immediately addressed by the academic institution’s technical security team. If the incident affects the personal information that you provided, the technical security team of Señor Tesoro Academy will immediately notify you.
